Terms of Service

### Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider, ODDCADIA, regarding the use of the app *[Finding Chuchu]* (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

* User Registration: The act of signing up with an email address as an ID to use the online services of the App.
* Online Services: Refers to connecting to the server to access online features such as score recording or player invasion.
* Platform Market: Refers to an online store where the App can be distributed and sold.

Article 3 (Publication, Effect, and Revision of Terms)
These Terms shall be published prior to the [User Registration] process. The service provider may amend these Terms when necessary due to operational or business reasons. The amended Terms will be displayed within the App when using [Online Services], accompanied by a consent interface.
These Terms and any future amendments shall become effective upon public notice and user consent.

Article 4 (Matters Not Specified in the Terms)
Any matters not specified herein shall follow relevant laws such as the Telecommunications Business Act, Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and other applicable regulations.


### Chapter 2. Service Agreement

Article 5 (User Registration Procedure)
When using platform auto-login, registration is completed automatically using the account information of the [Platform Market].
When not using platform auto-login, the applicant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, completes the registration form (email, nickname, password), and submits it. Upon submission, a verification email is sent to the provided address.
The applicant must complete the verification process within 10 minutes to activate the account.
Unverified registrations are automatically deleted after approximately one hour.


### Chapter 3. Obligations of the Parties

Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with these Terms, announcements, and all related rules, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the service provider’s operations.


### Chapter 4. Provision and Use of Services

Article 7 (Use of Services)
Users shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Any matters not specified herein will be announced in the App’s notices.

Article 8 (Provision of Information)
The service provider may provide information deemed necessary via electronic mail during service use.

Article 9 (Advertising)
The service provider may display advertisements within the App.
The provider is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from users’ participation, communication, or transactions with advertisers.

Article 10 (Service Restrictions)
The service provider may restrict a user’s access if any of the following apply:

* Acts against public order or morality
* Criminal intent or involvement in illegal activity
* Defamation or interference with another user’s use
* Spamming or unsolicited advertising
* Hacking, virus distribution, or any act that harms service stability
* Infringement of others’ intellectual property rights
* Theft of another user’s ID or password
* Any other acts violating laws or deemed inappropriate by the provider

Article 11 (Service Suspension)
The service provider may suspend service partially or entirely in the following cases:

* Network or telecommunications provider outage
* Power failure
* Maintenance or system relocation
* Overload or malfunction of service infrastructure
* Natural disaster, war, or national emergency


### Chapter 5. Payment

Article 12 (Payment Method)
Payments and refunds are processed through the [Platform Market] where the App is distributed, in accordance with its policies.


### Chapter 6. Miscellaneous

Article 13 (Disclaimer and Compensation)
The provider is not liable for service suspension due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster).
The provider is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Users are responsible for damages resulting from negligence or account misuse.
Users violating these Terms must compensate the provider for any resulting damages.

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
The provider and users shall make all efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
If legal proceedings occur, the court of jurisdiction shall be that of the provider’s principal office.

Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of Personal Information Use
   The personal information is collected for the purpose of using the online features (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Services”) of the app *[Finding Chuchu]* provided by ODDCADIA.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods
   a. When using platform auto-login integration

* ID: User ID assigned by the platform market
* Nickname: Nickname used when joining the platform market
* Language code: Language code of the current operating system
* Market platform code: Code of the market platform used for app purchase

b. When not using platform auto-login integration (sign-up through registration form)

* Email: Email ID used when creating the account
* Nickname: User-created nickname
* Language code: Language code of the current operating system
* Market platform code: Code of the market platform used for app purchase

c. Collection Methods

* Platform auto-login: Collected automatically upon first app access
* Manual registration: Collected when the user completes the registration form during first account creation by market platform

3. Retention Period of Personal Information
   a. Personal information without email verification: Automatically deleted 1 hour after collection
   b. Verified personal information:

* Deleted immediately upon user account deletion
* Deleted after 5 years of inactivity in Online Services (notifications will be sent 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day prior to deletion)
  c. Platform auto-login accounts:
* Since no contact method exists, accounts inactive for 5 years will be deleted without prior notice.
